The rooms are not properly cleaned, dust in most areas even after requested cleaning. Beds need to be changed, feels worn and give back ache. Other guests store a ton load of garbage next to door ftom sh Christian and Karla who works at reception area was found to be helpful and tried to make efforts for the stay to be enjoyable, very pleasant also.

Not worth it
Good location. But condition of rooms was not great. They didn’t clear my garbage overnight and I then had cockroaches in the room. Shower was not working lroproely the toilet tissue holder was broken. Not worth it.

The rooms were a good size and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. The bathroom needed revamping as there were water stains on the roof, and the bath had stains on it. Overall a good stay and near to Malls.

Stayed at this property for a weekend getaway trip. The staff that I encountered during my stay were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a next thing though. My first room, the air conditioning didn't worked. Moved to a different room, where the air conditioning leaked and wet the carpet leaving the room with an odor. Told front desk and couldn't be moved and no one never came to checked it. This hotel also offer housekeeping every 3 days, which was never communicated, and because of that guests leave garbage in the hallway to be moved.

The perimeter of the property was clean. The front desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. However, the housekeeping service was terrible. Towels were not replaced regularly and the my bedding was not changed during my five days stay at the hotel only during my request. On the first night, I was unable to sleep because my skin begun to itch, I believe due to dirty sheets. however, when I requested for clean sheets my skin did not itch. Furthermore, my mattress was lumpy and the pillows were hard.
