When my family and and I checked in every thing was good. They gave us a price that was less than the price when we booked. I asked the receptionist are you sure this covers the stay she assured me that it does. After being at the hotel a week I got an additional charge to my card. I went and inquired and they said sorry but the computer didn’t take moneys for the remainder days. I said ok, but please clarify that everything is now paid for. I was assured the last payment I made covered my stay until i left. I was given print outs and as proof. The following days i was chraged 2 additional times and all they could say is sorry but there is nothing they can do after they told me there will be nomore charges. The receptionist were rude and did not resolve any of the issues at hand. Everyone gave a different answer as to what was happening and they were not on one accord. This was not a good experience whatsoever.

The staff was polite and helpful, particularly after we returned to find sommthing left behind. Very kind. The room's bathroom was beginning to show its age a bit, but the staff was keeping it very clean with some nice welcoming touches.

The majority of the workers were young but very dedicated to their business, l love them. For all the years of travels they are the best. I was able to work on my book each morning with coffee at 5am.

Absolutely love Gladys she is the best. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of marijuana. People smoke weed all over the place. But shouldn’t do it in a hotel. But other than that I loved it
