Enjoyed my short stay at this property and was pleased by the quiet serenity of the premises and the relaxing rooftop pool. The room was ideal and provided a high level of cleanliness and comfort. Great place, great staff, great location
The rooms are clean, location is the greatest and nice rooftop area with pool. But what made my stay go from 5 stars to 10 stars was the employees. MJ and girls who clean were over the top friendly and helpful.

BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This was a terrible stay and I won’t be returning. First, WiFi did not work and management didn’t care. Next, the dishwasher that was promised did not exist and the dishes were dirty. (I had to clean by hand the dishes of the prior guest). Then the smoke alarm began to make a high pitched beep and management said they’d take care of it in the morning. Yet the beep was incessant and very disruptive! Finally, I was injured from the hotel’s negligence which I won’t detail here.

Property is 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, and small shops. Location is very safe. Staff member MJ was wonderful in expalining everything about the property. I would definitely visit Vistalmar Beach Resort again!

The place is very clean and well looked after. The communication is very friendly and efficient. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The property is very clean, well located, with excellent service for a great price.

It was a last minute book and i cosió not have been happier the woman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant . I gotta say was very impressed with views from the pool as well

MJ was the best! Super helpful from start to finish. The property wasn’t too busy which was nice because we got to enjoy the rooftop pool all to ourselves. This property has spacious clean rooms and is in walking distance to multiple restaurants with a 24/7 711 right next door for any immediate needs. We never got in a car our entire visit. 10/10 will stay again! Thanks, MJ!
