Overall very pleasant environment with neat, clean surroundings. Staff were also very polite and accomodating. Would have rated 5 star except they did not explain the shuttle bus service takes closer to 25 mins after all the pick-ups as opposed to simply indicating trip to airport was only 10 mins. This information helps with planning check-in etc.

Position was perfect for an early morning flight and shops straight across the road great for a quick family dinner. The bed was very hard and the pillows very soft resulting in an aching neck and back and not much sleep.
