Property is clean and very good location. Great for relaxing time and kids were having a good time in the warm pool option, the small arcade, playground outside, relaxing surrounding. Big spaces in and outside of the hotel. Great for families!Will book here again!

Parking at your own risk, security could be improved. Friends car got targeted and broken into at night during my stay. While staff were considerate, there was nothing more they could do. This ruined our stay.

Great place to stay and golf course and facilities are good. We did not enjoy the on-site Japanese restaurant Arakawa as considered that overpriced for what you received.Their prices are nearly similar to Japanese Restaurant Etsu Izakaya at Mermaid Beach which is amazingly good.

Our daughter’s formal. The hotel hosted the event and we stayed 2 nights (to avoid hassles). An older hotel but in very good condition and obviously well maintained. Cheerful service. Spacious. Beds good but just good. Spotless. Great price. Easy to recommend.
