Our property is a house that has been divided into two separate apartments. You will be occupying the TOP apartment.

This property is close to amenities and yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The location is, in a nutshell - suburbs meet the beach. An ideal spot for living as well as holidaying. Relax with a cuppa on the back balcony while still being able to watch the kids playing in the yard. Or open the back gate onto a fully fenced dog friendly park with 2 separate playgrounds. There are picnic shelters and a pathway right around the park ideal for jogging, walking and cycling. There is a half basketball court located in this park. It is a mere 450m walk to the beach.

Great Location by the Park
This was a great home for our family's two week stay in Gold Coast. We loved watching the birds from the balcony, jogging in the park, chatting with dog owners, fishing in the canal. Also close to the Broadwater Parklands and Sea World. Great stay!

Spacious and clean property excellent
