Awesome location and view - Dirty Apartment
The view and location was amazing however we had to clean the apartment before we could stay. It was very dirty. Dishwasher had dirty plates and cutlery in it. Bedrooms and bathrooms had bits of bandaids, tissues etc. Lounge had a huge amount of rubbish, old food etc under it.

Great views BUT!!
Great views BUT that is where it ends. Check in was a nightmare & once we arrived to our accommodation well the cleanliness was terrible. Dusting…what’s that!! Kitchen cupboards need a wipe out. Stainless steel around stove needs a clean. Oven…instructions on how to use would be good. Up right vaccum needs hair cut off brush so it can actually work. Need to have more than one towel for your stay. They need to replace the clothes hoist dryer. Bathroom floor tiles need a scrub. Main bathroom blinds need to be cleaned. Lounge needs a steam clean & one back cushion missing! Clean ceiling of champagne cork marks above dining table. We had strong winds one day & the front sliding doors whistled the whole day. They need to have the doors resealed properly not with cheap tap seal they used. That was obviously a Band-Aid fix. Lastly there is a gap big enough for a young child to fit through on the verandah near the kitchen. Owners need to put some money into refreshing the place up.

Excellent location / poorly maintained
This apartment is in the best position in Broadbeach. Spectacular view! And is spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately it is in need of some immediate maintenance and just a good clean. The blinds are filthy. The lounge room sofa and rug is old and stained. The bathroom cupboards are not wiped out. The front sliding door does not shut properly so whistles very loudly. This place is a winner as far as position goes but I would inspect it first to make sure you get a clean one!

The stuff of nightmares
In all of my years traveling, i have never had such a terrible experience. Firstly we reached out to check on a discount given that our family all tested positive for covid and there was now only 2 of us staying. I understand the property manager agrees on a rate with the unit owner so we didnt push after receiving a no. The unit itself has a stunning view. The fixtures and fittings are all very dated (the couch seems like its from 1960) and dont bother trying to use the oven as it hardly warms up. The biggest kicker was that all of the door and window seals were destroyed. We had some heavy wind during our 5 nights stay and it resulted in unbearable whistling noises from every direction in the apartment. We raised it with the property manager after the first night, but they werent able to send maitenance until day 4. After 2 sleepless nights we checked into a hotel and didnt even stay in the apartment. After several back and forth calls with the property manager and sending videos of the unbearable sound - we were told that "some people find that noise soothing". In general the staff were extremely condescending and unhelpful. We were promised maitenance calls constantly but then told at the end of each day that he was caught up and cant come until the nexr day... Overall it was such a disappointing stay and i will not choose this company again.

Incredible view, best location!
This property surpassed our expectations in every single way! The views are just incredible. Being on the 30th floor was beyond amazing. It is huge. The beds are comfortable. It was clean, beautifully appointed and best of all you simply need to take the elevator downstairs and you are at the shopping centre for all your essentials. We used the hotel gym daily, walked directly across the road to the beach and enjoyed all that Broadbeach has to offer. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Disappointed that we had to drive to gold coast main street to collect key from a box that was open with the code typed in, in traffic and minimal parking with only short notice of this. We were already at beach opposite property when msg advised me. Property kitchen cupboards were not tidy and items provided were like a caravan park. One main curtain did not work, air conditioning duct cover upstairs feel out of roof and spread dust throughout the property that we had to clean with a brush and shovel as vacuume didnt work. AC Duct was very unclean. View and style of apartment was incredible. I stay on goldcoast often in apartments with views for alot less that are amazing so I was expecting more considering what we were charged.
