Blue C 401 is a spacious and modern apartment located on the beachfront in Coolangatta offering ocean views from the fourth floor and great resort facilities!

The light-filled apartment is located on the fourth floor and features 3 bedrooms including master bedroom with king bed, walk through robe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.

The second and third bedrooms both have 2 king single beds each. The apartment is perfect for families, groups or anyone looking for a holiday apartment with space to spread out.

The cool, tiled open plan living and lounge area offers everything you need to relax on holidays, complete with comfortable furnishings, free Wi-Fi and smart TV to connect to your Netflix / Stan account.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine (pod style, Nespresso compatible) and there is plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.

Step out to your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the lovely ocean views and breezes. This is the perfect place to enjoy Cooly Rocks On and the other festivals held throughout the year.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Couldn’t fault the property or the location. The negative for me was , the constant reminders of the many rules and threats of excessive feed if breaches occur. My group are not adolescents and are very aware of rental requirements.

Great stay in Coolangatta!
The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the essentials and just a short stroll up the hill to the Kirra lookout. I love my sleep so the blockout external Venetians surrounding the balcony were great at blocking the very early sun rise there, it's certainly something I'll be considering for future breaks!
