Summary:
This 2 bedroom unit is basic but comfortable and is right on Tugun Beach by the patrolled flags. It is fully self contained and opens onto a shared patio with the 1 bedroom unit next door.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with built in cupboards.
There is parking for one car in an unsecured garage, a shared laundry and patio at the front to sit and enjoy the ocean view. A walking track runs between the units and the beach. This unit is on the right, downstairs in a small block of three.
It is situated opposite Tugun Surf Club, by playgrounds and a short walk to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is only a short drive to the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport.
*For Bookings created after July 19, 2023 only: Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds!
A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
