Retreat in this two storey, four bedroom Currumbin oasis. Perfectly located on the Currumbin estuary inlet, you’ll watch the stand-up paddle boarders float by, enjoy the stunning north-facing views of Palm Beach, and the sparkling cityscape of Surfer's Paradise.
Beautifully decorated with soft, neutral furnishings, this spacious holiday haven features an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas upstairs, opening to a large undercover balcony with stunning views of the coastline - perfect to gather, entertain and relax whilst enjoying a drink and a cheese board at sunset, or cook on the barbeque provided.
Property features four large bedrooms, each with wardrobes and modern split system air-conditioning. Upstairs master bedroom has stunning beach views to wake up to, king sized bed, WIR, large ensuite, and sliding door access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is a generous sized room upstairs with a queen bed and water views. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other located toward the back of the house features 2 single beds.
Downstairs is another bright living space with double doors opening to a large paved deck and front lawn with a secure gate so the kids can play with parents at ease. Sunbake, read, or enjoy the tranquillity of sitting in the shade of the frangipani tree.
If you do decide to leave this spacious retreat, the open waters of both Currumbin Alley and estuary inlet can be accessed by a staircase directly across the road. The calm, crystal clear waters of the estuary inlet make it popular for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Currumbin Alley, a patrolled beach and well known for surfing, is only 300m away, the ideal beginner surf spot with local surf schools. Boutique beachfront shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short, enjoyable walk away.
Property also features an outdoor shower, fully-equipped laundry and office space if you do need to log on.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with tea, coffee sachets, sugar, milk, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
Please note there is NO on-site parking with this property. Parking is street parking only, which is subject to availability at the front of the property at the time.
Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
