The room was wonderful and we loved the pool and spa plus close to shopping and dining - you need to provide an area for smokers though as it was a pain to go up and down the lifts and stand out on the footpath

The room was lovely and the entry way was lovely. The challenge was the beds were so uncomfortable, so much that we even tried out the couch as an alternative to sleep! The toilet was also weird and splashed on the floor if you didn’t close the lid before flushing.

So, I have just received a response to my google review regarding this property and my stay here. It seems like they are not in touch with the way an establishment should deal with their customers. As, instead of an apology all I received were indirect jabs on how I was wrong in feeling the way I felt. The manager never responded to any of my attempt to communicate and now he did in a derogatory manner with inaccurate information and rudeness through this entire journey not one person from this business has apologized for misrepresentation and disrespect they have put me through so far. They have tried to put the blame on me by stating I asked to smoke in the room which is inaccurate I asked to smoke in the balcony which I was told not, to by the receptionist as if I was in boarding school. I was given the 5th floor to stay when I had paid for an ocean view apartment. No Apology whatsoever by this business only expedia apologized was not even there fault.

We had a great experience! Check in was easy, the room was lovely, very modern and clean with a large balcony and great view of the beach! Location was great, just a short walk from the Centre of Broadbeach and short walk to the beach! Pool area was also great!

Fantastic accommodation that is walking distance to beach, main Broadbeach eateries and tram. The view both during the day and night is beautiful. Reception staff member Hibi was just wonderful too. I highly recommend this place.

Good views, close walk to the beach, nice restaurants and the light rail. Clean and well equipped apartment. There was building works going on nearby but with the balcony door closed you could not hear any noise from the construction site.

The place was 5 minutes walk from the Broadbeach busy strip, so it's well located. We felt safe walking home at night; but the latest we stayed out was 9.30pm. The place was basically new and very clean. Nice big heated swimming pool and barbecue area. The kids loved it. The rooms were large and spacious.

The property is excellent and in a great spot for beach and dining / shops plus the light rail. My only gripe is the parking as usual poor developer design for the average vehicle size and made worse by owners installing storage that renders the parking useless and means have to park on the street which is 3 hour limit weekdays. The onsite manager did a great job of juggling things to try to find a spare spot.
