Excellent in all only thing was and not major was third bedroom was a bit small like an office but as I said Excellent and would put up with that. Excellent condition.

The property although nice, good amenities and in mostly good condition and within a great location had some definite issues that needed reporting during our week stay. Unfortunately the Wifi did not work throughout our entire stay even after being told it was fixed and the maintenance man visiting twice affecting work and the children streaming TV. One of the bedroom doors to the balcony could not be locked - concerning with young children on 11th floor and we had to stop using the one of the 2x bathrooms due to plumbing issues, causing a water leak to carpet and a strange noise coming from bathroom. All this was reported and hopefully will be repaired for the next guests. The property managers were very responsive and did there best to assist. Outside of these concerns it was a good property in a great location.

Great Location close to tram stop, shopping Centre and The Star, Kids loved the Pools Only thing is in the Pictures it was saying Bunk Beds but there was no Bunk Beds it was a Double Bed, Overall Great Hotel.

Right across the the road from Pacific Fair, great for shopping. Pool, is awesome. Just down the road from heaps of restaurants. Views of the beach and the casino.
