San Simeon 6 is located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun, with no roads to cross for beach access. Just stroll across the maintained grassy platform and onto the golden sands of Tugun Beach. The ground floor apartment is perfect for families, couples and retirees.

The apartment has been impeccably maintained and offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, cool tiled living areas, 2 luxurious bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to the beach and offer stunning views. The patio area, complete with comfortable furnishings is perfect for relaxing with a sundowner or reading the morning paper.

San Simeon offers resort facilities including full size tennis court, beachfront pool and heated spa, roof top sauna and spa and barbecue area.

We chose to holiday on the Gold Coast when our plans for North Queensland were scuppered by the latest Covid lockdown. It was a very happy consolation prize. The unit was exactly as described on the website and the location was terrific. The unit was well setup with everything we might need and the service from the letting agent was good.
