Overall a good experience......
We enjoyed our stay and the property provided all that we needed. We know the area well as we usually stay at the Regency next door. The only negative was the process for collecting the keys - very awkward and annoying. Surely there can be a key safe on site.

Nice family stay
A little more dated and smaller than I expected. No lift, dark and dingey garage and stairwell. But overall, the location was great, (traffic noise loud) and the property was clean enough.

Great location, easy 25min walk to Burleigh restaurants. Beach on door step & walking path near beach was handy. Cafe Moto coffee & breakfast was the best.
