the bathroom has mould on the roof and mirror. the draw fell apart when i tried to open it. the kettle doesn't work. door locks for extra sercurty didn't work. the only thing we found great and would pass was the food and service for dinner in the resturant. the lady was great and so was the food.i become sick with a few hours in the room. i still am not well.the place needs more than just a change of sheets everyday.

This property is in dire need of a bull dozer. It quite frankly is grotty for the money. The pool felt slimy so didnt swim. The bathroom door was blown at the bottom, the shower needed attention. The bed was clean though. Restaurant was closed on the weekend. The security door was always open. Aircon worked well.

Floor hazard at door entry and inside room, rusted fridge and paint on walls around airconditioner and light fittings dodgy. No power points to charge phone you have to get in behind tv. Shampoo but no conditioner. For the price its terrible condition and just takes advantage of being near airport. Looks good in photos but far from expectations on arrival. I stay at many hotels and this is a aged out of date property that needs proper work done to charge $200 plus.

Check in with no visible staff was confusing to us and the five other customers standing around for an hour waiting for staff to arrive. Noone was notified that it was a virtual check-in. Hotel facilities were adequate but very old and tired.

We were unpleasantly shicked by the state of the hotel. There was a lack of information on room directions. The pool was not maintained to a public level, the tennis court was covered in mould. The room smelt musky and stuffy. The finishes on tiles, walls, anything that had been touched was very very poor workmanship. A light had been removed and the remains left untouched. The main bed was a double base with larger top so absolutely no support and both my husband and i woke up in pain. The shower was tiny and no hand towels ect supplied. The hanging cupboard was atrocious. The curtain rails were falling down, and the lock on the balcony door was pathetic, not to mention the height of the balcony railing is definitely not up to code. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 2. No utensils, no sink to fill kettle. Fridge was freezing everything. The only plus was my daughters loved being so close to the flight path and watching planes come right over our balcony... and shaking the room all hours all night. This unfortunately is you get what you paid for. Wish i had of read the reviews. Dissapointing.

It is a convenient stay if you need to get to the airport Close to the pub for a good meal and close to the coffee shops for an early morning breakfast I did not try the motel restaurant so I cannot comment on the dining
