Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room , although a few design features are annoying - bedside tables etc too low to be useful, wooden bed surround sticks out by 10 cm or so, meaning that you continually bash your shin on the corners!

Realty welcoming staff. So helpful, happy and a pleasure to chat to. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Location only couple minutes from the lake, so early morning jogs so easy. Love Hanoi. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Room clean, good location, staff friendly receptionist friendly .. just slightly complain on the utensil of the restaurant . Is not 100% clean , still got some stain on cup and bowl. And some fly flying around .. but overall the restaurant for breakfast still acceptable. Easy access to many places. Happy to stay here.

Exceptional staff all the way!!!
The staff gave me, my wife and two couples traveling with us the warmest welcome in Vietnam. They greeted us with fruits, juice, and an information flyer. They also recommend us to the touristy area and restaurants to try. You also can book excursion packages through the hotel. Love this place and highly recommended. Staff are well informed do area so ask them for anything you want to try and they will recommend you. Good English spoken staff. Awesome breakfast with plenty to fill you for the morning. The only drawback is that it is located in a highly congested area and can be smelly outside.

Excellent Example of Good Hotel & Great Staff We are a group of friend who checked in @ Hanoi Bella Rosa on Jan 2018. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and greeted by Ms. Anna and the team. Welcome drinks with cakes were served. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with fresh fruits and bacon. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Ms. Anna even assists to book a restaurant for us for my girlfriend birthday upon request. Everything is perfect and thank you Ms. Anna and the team! Tips: This hotel provides high power hair blower. Really convenience for ladies who plan to dry their hair faster.

Just don’t.
After a long day of air travel delays, the hotel forgot to pick me up at the airport. When I got in contact with them they assured me they were “on their way” and “looking for me” ...so I waited. For two hours. Just as I was getting up to grab a taxi, the guy showed up. I arrived at the hotel just after midnight. All I wanted was to take a hot shower and go to bed, but even THAT came with a delay of 5-10 mins for the hot water to get to the 7th floor. When the water finally did arrive, I discovered the pressure mechanism in the shower (aka the cartridge) was broken, so the water was either on full blast, freezing, or coming out at a trickle, scalding. The only thing left was breakfast...and it was not good. My eggs tasted like fish sauce. I hate fish. Staff was nice and apologetic, but ultimately the damage was done long before. They had multiple opportunities to redeem themselves, but failed at every turn. The next day I continued my trip at a highly rated (and a lot cheaper) hostel in the Old Quarter and was much, much happier.

Nice clean hotel and well-located
Stayed here for 3 nights with famiy. Rooms are good and clean. Location was strategic, tourist attractions are in the walking distance. Shopping & food also surrounded the hotel.Not forget to mentioned, staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, enjoy our stay :)
