The staff is very helpful and nice. We just like friends to each other. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible to the sightseeing spots of the old town. The breakfast served is very yummy. Would stay here again if visit Hanoi.

Great old quarter hotel!
Quaint hotel with excellent service. Great location in Hanoi quarter , nearby night market and the dong Xuan market. Room is clean and modern. Snacks and drinks are provided all day in the lobby , a refreshing welcome when you return from tours. And the best ? The delicious breakfast , with an a la carte choice !

Love this hotel, best customer service
I love staying at this hotel when I'm in Hanoi for business. It's cozy and comfortable with everything you'd want - good bed, bathtub, free breakfast, strong WiFi, etc. Located in Old Quarter just a ten minute walk from the weekend festivities at Hoan Kiem lake. But there are a million hotels in this area - the reason I stay here is for the incredible customer service. The people here are wonderful -- so warm, and they go WAY above and beyond, from helping my partner arrange a Valentine's surprise of flowers and wine, to organizing taxis, to finding a cardboard box to ship our extra work supplies home, and so on. Whatever little thing they can do to make your life easier, they will!

The staff at this location is phenomenal. They were ready for me even when I arrived earlier than check in from my tour in Halong Bay. They helped me book a taxi to the airport and they genuinely wanted to know how my travels had been. The beds were huge with a soft top and the rooms had Netflix! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with the most friendly staff
My two daughters and I stayed at Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel for 8 days, and it was such a wonderful experience. When we arrived, we were welcomed right away by the wonderful staff, and were given welcome drinks. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very accomodating to all our inquiries. We booked a tripple single bed room, and was greatly satisfied with all the amentities, along with the fact that it was very clean. A great bonus was that we had free access to Netflix, which my daughters took full advantage of. The breakfast buffet that was included was also great and they had a good selection of food items, as well as having the option to order a la carte style menu items, which are cooked to order. Our holiday was definately unforgettable, and the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel was a big contributer to that. Not only were people very friendly, abd facilities clean, the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarters. This hotel is highly recomended for families, couples and all around travelers. We will definately stay here again if we come back to Hanoi.

Wonderful hotel, clean, friendly & very helpful staff, great breakfast. You can order your main breakfast course (or 2😃) & it arrives fresh & hot! We loved the omelettes & pineapple pancakes. Also many other delicious items in the buffet as toast, buns, pastries, fruit etc. I had a stomachache a couple of days & the manager kindly sent extra ginger tea & freshly sliced fresh ginger to our room which was great! One of our best hotel stays on our 1 month stay. Will definitely return here. Thanks so much‼️

Nice hotel, nice staff, calm & quiet.
The Old Town of Hanoi is very busy and very noisy but, inside this hotel it was quiet and calm. The staff are wonderful and helped us with good advice for bookings for tours and for visiting the nearby attractions. Good breakfast.
