I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted with great service and beverages. I felt the staff went above and beyond with their level of hospitality and they very much so exceeded my expectations. Everyone was really friendly and all requests were addressed promptly. The beds were firm but comfortable which is to my liking. There’s also a really good spread for breakfast. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting the old quarters.

We’ve just finished our trip around Vietnam and luckily ended our trip here. Hanoi is a fantastic place to finish your holiday. It’s full of life and character. This hotel was our favourite hotel during our stay in Vietnam and perhaps my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is nice. The breakfast is very good with several choices to have made fresh. The location is excellent but the best of all are the staff. They go above and beyond. Very attentive and very friendly. When we go back to Hanoi and will be booking here.

A great hotel ideally in the heart of the Old quarter in Hanoi. We particularly appreciated the personalized service upon arrival with welcome fresh juice, cake, polite attitude of staff and gave us full information of Hanoi travel tip. At breakfast time, the waitress helped us to order the hot meal with yummy pancake and omelet. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Excellent value for money.

We had a very welcome from all of the staff in Hanoian Central hotel. They were always kind to our group and helped us for every question. Their room was absolutely great with very soft pillow and beds and super clean. Breakfast had served every day from 6:30 to 9:30 and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you for having us here.

We spend several nights in this fantastic hotel. We were warmly greeted by the lovely lady Elsa. She offered us directly a room upgrade to the junior suite. The hotel is located at the central of the Old Quarter. Little restaurants and bars are at walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is delicious, all food is freshly made. The hotel provides also travel services at a very affordable price. We booked a food tour on the hotel website and it was perfect. They has also airport pickup service. Our flight was one and a half hour early but the driver was already waiting for us. After 4 days in Hanoi we made a trip to Mai Chau for 3 days and we could leave our luggage in the hotel. After this trip Elsa offered us a second upgrade. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Hanoi. We will definitely come back to Hanoian Central hotel! Thanks to Elsa and the rest of the staff to make us feel home!

Out of the 20 places we stayed at in Southeast Asia, this was the nicest one. The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was great for relaxing and watching the old quarter. Considering the breakfast is free, it is of great quality. I also had a very pleasant experience at the massage studio and received a warm welcome and relaxing massage experience. The staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Smiling, helpful and friendly staff! We appreciated The Hanoian Central hotel staff with its well trained staff, specially the young team at the reception who helped us and provided us with many advices, making us feel at home in Hanoï. We appreciated specially the nice receptionists Daisy and Tiffany always ready to help and communicate with us. The hotel is tuck away in a quiet street of the centre. Only a few minutes from the night market, the Hoam Kiem lake and lovely restaurants. We are very much looking forward to coming back to one of the hotel of the chain providing customers with cozy room, modern design and warm welcomes.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Hanoian Central Hotel twice during my trip to Vietnam. This is a smaller hotel on a quiet street, a minute away from all of the action of the old quarter. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I have had a very pleasant stay. The thing that makes this place truly terrific is the staff, who are some of the friendliest that I have encountered.Thank you all, and hope to stay with you again some day.

Elsa, Daisy, Andrew, Tiffany, all of the staff at Hanoian Central have treated me and my uncle like family. Not only did they work with us prior to even arriving in Hanoi, but once we arrived they have done nothing except deliver authentic and friendly accommodation. Not only that, but they also have helped me (adopted Vietnamese) to find my Vietnamese family. They have become my friends and I will always remember them as such. They have made my time here in Hanoi a memorable and comfortable time I will never forget. The rooms are clean, breakfast is very good, and they will go above and beyond to accommodate you to the best of your needs with a smile. Be polite and respectful, because these are good people.

The hotel is very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff are so helpful and kind. They will help you with anything you need. Andrew even served as an interpreter for us when we were searching for the Vietnamese birth family of my nephew, who was adopted from a Hanoi orphanage many decades ago. This is the hotel we will return to on our next visit!

Lovely hotel in a quiet street but a close walk to everything. Staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! The Manager was very professional and attentive. The room was spacoous and very clean. Breakfast was also included which was very good!!! They also had great Spa in house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all a special mention to Tommy who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to the night market and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Elsa at reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they also gave us a discount.

We stayed here for several nights both at the beginning and end of our holiday in North Vietnam and in the middle they happily looked after our luggage during the day when we transferred from Sapa to the airport to fly to Hoi An. On all occasions we were given such a warm welcome and by the end greeted as long lost friends. Pickups and drop offs to airports/ train stations etc were efficient and always on time. Staff are only too happy to help with advice on where to go or help to book anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location close to the night market and Old Quarter with a huge choice of restaurants close by. Some rooms are better appointed than others but all are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and gave a wide choice of both European and Vietnamese food and my husband would definitely recommend the pancakes! This was a great hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay while in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Elsa makes you feel really welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and fun. You can book some great tours here too (stand out for me was the trip to Ninh Binh). I felt so very well looked after and that everything had been taken care of before I arrived. The en-suite room was spacious, clean and had excellent wi-fi connectivity. Breakfast is fantastic and laundry service very good value. 10 out of 10!

I love the location and staff. It's very easy to walk around. it's near the lake, the night market, walking street... many restaurants around I love the staff, they are so friendly, helpful. they always smile and care about how you feel I will return.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of the old town, yet calm street avoiding traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and with plenty of options. They were good recommending us activities, and also allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days while we were on a tour. Hotel was totally worth it. The hotel is as it represents itself, no more no less and perfect value for money.
