The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, right next to Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Lots of choruses for food or restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary room upgrade was a good surprise!

The hotel was in an excellent location, very convenient to all transportation and food options. The rooms were quiet, clean, and modern. The staff were very nice and helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

Needs some maintenance
The location is right on top of a train station and very close to the street car stops. We had a room with a decent view of the water. Room had a nice layout with a fridge and safe. There needs to be done plugs beside the bed. Also the shower needs some help. The glass into the bedroom portion leaks bad. So every time you have a shower the carpet beside the bed gets soaked. Could be a mold issue. The bed had a large sag in the middle. Windows need outside cleaning bad.

GREAT 4 NIGHT STAY
Entrance is a little confusing down a laneway. Reception is then found on the 7th floor. Staff are helpful. We requested a taxi to take us to Stanley. We were advised of the taxi no. & it arrived in less than 5 minutes. Cost on the metre HKD190. Return to Central by bus was very cheap just HKD4. We generally only require housekeeping every second day. So, we were amazed when we returned to our room on a day not requesting housekeeping to find fresh towels & replenishment of tea/coffee. Other than that the room was as we left it. Our room was well designed, functional & in perfect condition. Zero sign of ware & tear. Bathroom also in perfect condition. There are no USB charging points, however we were able to obtain an adaptor from reception. Unusually perhaps there is no glassware provided, so we made do with coffee mugs. Very limited English TV options. We liked the area as it reminded us very much of Haymarket in Sydney. There are many Chinese food options, McDonalds (for those who must) & a 7Eleven nearby. Don't get sucked in to paying extra for a seaview room as we did. The window in room 2205 is not expansive & more than half the seaview is blocked by high rise buildings.
