I see the hotel right across the street but no clear instructions how to get there. Hotel is in a bad need for a renovation. Furniture, carpet and the bathrooms look very old. For a 12 hour stay it did the job but like said in desperate need for a facelift.

While it is by far the most convenient option for O’Hare (just roll out of bed and get on your flight) it has seen better days, the rooms are really worn (I recommend socks on the carpet) and in my most recent stay the housekeeping starts knocking on the door at 8am (I should have left the DND sign out but did not expect the knocking that early on a weekend morning)

I checked in after midnight. Everything was smooth, the receptionist was cheerful and gave me a few good info. I had a minor issue with the room and went down to the reception around 2am. The night receptionist also was very helpful and accommodating. It's an old hotel and building, but it's nice to be treated like this after long tiring flights.

Excellent stop over for myflight back to florida. I got sick from my previous flight and i had good room service to help hwal me back. the room was comfortable and the service was excellent - kudos to the bell hops who helped me and my husband back to the airport. The care really made it easy for my elderly husband and I. Thanks Hilton!!

Convenient Enought To Not Sweat The Little Things
When my late-night flight got canceled, it was wonderful to have an easy location to rest before my early flight the next morning. However, my shower didn't drain, there was an obnoxious built-in too-bright night light that I had to figure out how to cover, and an outlet that didn't work, so my laptop didn't charge.

Accessibility to the airport was first priority but, without question, the Hilton's reputation for service and quality was important. The staff was absolutely the best and the service, in two of your restaurants, was fantastic.
