Charming hotel
Very quaint and unique property. Originally two separate Victorian homes (1880) that have been blended into a seemles charming hotel. Complimentary breakfast had a nice assortment, rooms are very clean and well apointed. It's location is in the "quiet" part of Old Town so it is a bit of a walk to any action. We rented an eCart from A&M. The pool is salt water. Happy hour is from 3-5 at the cabana bar pool side.

Photos of hotel on website are very misleading. Cannot see ocean from hotel - which is more like a motel. Bathrooms tiny. Shower water piddles out and cannot adjust temp of water (it's very hot). Air conditioner noisy. Bathroom sink just inside entry door is not appealing. Roosters on property crow at all hours; woken up at 1:15 am by crowing. Wouldn't stay here again.

Nice clean room. Property is very Florida. Pool was great. Nice little happy hour by the pool. Pitfall is not enough parking right by the hotel. Had to park 2 streets over.

We loved it here, nice and clean rooms, the pool and bar were great and the free breakfast was really good, the 2 guys at the front desk were really nice and helpful, you can walk to Duval street, will definitely stay here again.

Adorable little hotel typical of Key West Very friendly and helpful staff Clean rooms and common areas and comfortable bedding Sufficient breakfast The pool is a real asset for cooling off after exploring the island.

Had a good stay. Folks were nice and accommodating. The only issue was the resort fee charge. First - I knew about the fee so no gotcha at all. But I was expecting something for the daily fee, Nope.- no restaurant or voucher to neighboring place, the pool bar was closed open, no hotel lobby, no offer of bikes for transportation. I get you can charge it because everyone does but still .....

We stayed 2 nights in the Jr. Suite. We were supposed to be a party of 3, but ended up with just two but it was nice to have the extra space. All employees were so kind & helpful. I found the breakfast to be good. Nice selection without getting too fancy. Fruit was great, so fresh. We did get a parking spot in the street. My personal tip is to try to arrive in KW around check out when people are leaving. You can walk around until your room is ready. We don't drive the car once we arrive. We walked the first day but it was a bit too much for me (having health issues with walking) and used Uber the rest of the time. Not too expensive. Didn't use the pool but it was super clean & the bathroom by the pool was actually air conditioned. I loved the little parakeets on the side of the building. Thank you for a great stay!
