Check in was not clear at all, poor communication. They don’t tell you that you’ll receive a text to complete a check in from the host so when I received the text I thought it was a scam. On top of all that the parking is not a self park, it’s valet and inconvenient when we need it.

Honestly this place has potential. It’s very outdated but if they actually put some time into it and fix it up it can be beautiful. Cracking all over the walls outside, elevator making weird noises.. i just feel like they need to fix the entire place up. Pool was very huge! Right next to the beach. They don’t go into rooms at all during ur stay so you just kinda have to keep asking for more towels etc. They leave beach chairs and umbrellas in ur room but they are kinda cheap so be careful! Also the store downstairs in the lower lobby is way too overpriced and the lady has a huge attitude talking about people in spanish thinking we don’t understand! There was a bug in the restroom as well some floors smelt like weed… even though it’s a no smoking hotel. Other than that the room was okay, you get what you pay for.

The hotel overall is very nice. The pool is nice, large and the poolside tiki bar was a great, prices are reasonable and snack food was good. The only thing I would say is the unit we stayed in needed upgrades in the bathroom. Nothing too terrible just some small touch ups. Unit was clean, linens were fresh, towels were clean, overall a good experience.

Complete disappointment. Staff are very rude, and the hotel as a whole is old and very out dated. Furthermore the hotel uses out dated key pad passcode locks that do not seem secure what so ever. Don’t understand how this place is still even open. Front desk and valet staff do not even have basic etiquettes. Do not waste your money here. They have security working as the lobby receptionist; it kind of tells you what type of place this is. You have been warned!
