Mini girls trip to celebrate a friend. House was beautiful and very well stocked with supplies. Beautiful kitchen. Hot tub was amazing. Wonderful shops in close range. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Beautiful house, really well stocked and great vibe. Everything worked, even the generator kicked in right away when the power went out to the whole area. Loved it. Also super easy to contact when we locked ourselves out. I also appreciated how easy they make the check out. If only the weather would have been better!

Perfect Weekend!!
Our family recently stayed at The Mountain House for a long weekend. The place was great and I would highly recommend it. The house was as described, convenient location and very comfortable for us. The hot tube was clean and worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the large deck and yard, that our son especially liked playing in. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely return.

Beautiful house and location, owner spared no expense remodeling this home. Plenty of room to spread out, owner was a pleasure to work with and accommodating to our schedule. We will definately stay here again, felt like a Gilboa class of 77 reunion.

Great house for several couples or families to share. Our hiking getaway was enhanced by staying at this beautifully updated, cozy and comfortable home. Very clean and well stocked! Plush towels, gorgeous kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, as well as double ovens & two refrigerators (not to mention a wine cooler). Beautiful fireplace and comfy couch. Even spotted a bear in the neighborhood! Loved our stay - we’ll be back.

AMAZING!!!
This house was so perfect and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in this charming little town. The house was clean and in great condition. We loved the hot tub and it was a nice added bonus in the snow and cold weather. Plenty of placed to eat and drink, and very close to Windham Mountain. The property managers were easy to communicate with. Book this house!! You will LOVE it!!!

The house was great! Plenty of space. The kitchen was amazing. The dining area and living room was nice and cozy. The back patio was great and the view amazing!! The gas fire pit was not working and the wood fire pit had a hole at the bottom which was disappointing. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property for a long ski weekend. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and lovely patio views with a spacious hot tub. Overall a great stay
We just had a lovely ski weekend at The Mountain House. The location and view are both excellent, the hot tub and fireplace are cozy/fun amenities, and the recently remodeled kitchen was wonderful to use and spend time in. The house is a bit “loud” in the sense that noise travels easily throughout the whole house, so sleeping was a bit difficult, especially in the smaller upstairs bedroom. I’d also recommend more furnishings in the upstairs bedrooms (nightstands, nightstand lamps, dresser, and improved mattresses), but other than the upstairs bedrooms, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Long-Term Stay
We stayed for almost a month in the summer and had a fantastic time with the family. The house is lovely and well taken care of (and secluded but still close to town), the lawn is great for kids, and the kitchen is very modern and well-stocked. Tara was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better long-term rental situation.

We stayed here with my family and our friend’s family, making a total of 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 1-4. The house was a great: spacious, clean and full of amenities like toys for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of equipment, pots and pans, a fireplace, updated media offerings/tv/Netflixn and very new/nice cribs for the little ones. The property is also great for playing in the yard. There was fresh fallen snow so the kids did some sledding and stomping around. Also the host was very responsive and informative with all of our requests and inquiries. Highly recommend!!!

I stayed at The Mountain House with a group of friends for my 27th birthday. We had a fantastic time. The house has the perfect location - Just a few minutes from Windham and right off the main road with stores and restaurants. Tara was a very helpful and gracious host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even provided reccomendations of things to do in the area. Also - the hot tub was awesome!

Our two families of 5, i.e. 4 adults and 6 kids, stayed here for the weekend. We al love this house! It's beautiful, clean, well maintained and has everything one needs! It is a few minutes drive to Windham, has a lovely mountain view, and a big, clean kitchen. We chose wisely! Thank you.
