Overall 3 star though staff was nice, room was clean. You can tell it’s an old building but otherwise not a big deal. Shuttle service hours to the parks are not ideal and no shuttle service to Animal kingdom. We hoped to shuttle to the parks early everyday but had to uber. Next time we’ll just stay at the Disney resort instead. Good distance to the park for those who have their own vehicles however.

Started with check in. It's Orlando, it's the weekend the hotel is hosting multiple large conventions, and only one person working the front desk? There was also a kiosk you could use which was also slow. So check in took a good while. The hotel had no water! Staff didn't bother to let anyone who was checking in know this so when you got to your room and used the toilet you got one flush and you were stuck with the rest. Staff told guests that the water would be up soon. It took much longer than they told guests and when the water finally did come on there was no hot water. Since the water had been down for so long when it finally came on it was brown. So you had to run the water for a long time to get it to at least look clean. The manager did comp us a drink at the bar and free breakfast for the entire weekend. The breakfast was good. The Bartender at the bar was great! She was the best part of the whole weekend! Super helpful and friendly.

Very clean but needs some improvement with room
The staff was friendly. I could not get anyone on the phone from my room to the front desk. The room was very clean. the coffee in the room is awful. The soap, shampoo and conditioner was useless and awful.

It’s close enough to all the nearby amusements and shuttles. There’s restaurants and Walmart near by for your needs. Yes, it’s not perfect and certain area is aged, but you get what you pay for, can’t complain over the price over quality. Overall, I’m fine with their service, fair and get to the point. 4.3/5 star to me.

The areas (windows) were dirty. The ice machine was broken on multiple floors & there wasn’t a microwave in the room. There also was a resort fee & this place was definitely not a resort. We also came back to the room very late & there was a fold up bed in the room. When I called down to ask why, the front desk clerk said it must’ve been put in the wrong room, we’ll get it tomorrow

The rooms are very clean, nice and modern. So that’s really good. The beds are very comfy. The hotel lobby and hallways on the other hand are pretty drab and dull. Outdated. Limited dining options which was a bummer. We were expecting to eat in the bar and grill and not have to drive somewhere.

I am a travel agent and everytime we visit Orlando, we try a new hotel out so that we are aware of different options for different budgets. This is probably the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed at. We may have saved some money with the cost of it but it was not worth it. I would much rather recommend selling my client on a little higher priced hotel for the quality and cleanliness. Our first room had mold, a broken bathroom door, AND random hoodlums banging on our door and running away. We had to go down and the manager was kind enough to switch our room. The second room still had cracks in the wall AND I found a massive German cockroach in the bathroom! At this point it was late and we were too exhausted to agree. The beds were not comfortable at all. The shuttle service is a scam as they don’t even give you the information to the shuttle. We were too late to request it on our first day and the times for the return made absolutely no sense as the parks closed way earlier. 0/10. I will be contacting corporate on this matter immediately,

Era la primera vez que me quedaba en el. Teníamos una actividad familiar muy cerca y nos quedamos mi esposo, una de mis hijas y su perrita. Fue muy buena la experiencia. La habitación limpia, buen olor, pero la puerta no tenía la goma que evita que el ruido entre y desde muy temprano en la mañana había gente en los pasillos hablando en voz alta y se sentía como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Pero aún así lo recomiendo y me volvería a quedar muchas veces más cuando tenga que regresar a algún lugar cerca de él.
