Needs renovation. Bathrooms were okay, but everything else needs an update. We were located by the back entrance on the first floor, the door to the building didn't even close and lock securely.

Hotel was virtually empty. Overall maintenance is declining. Clean enough but boring. If yoy want to be bored stay here. Starbucks on site if you like paying 5 bucks with tip for a coffee. No thanks.

This Hotel is just close to the park and it’s free parking. What I don’t like to this hotel is the staff service especially the housekeeping, we asked for towels and we waited for hours and hours and the lady at the reception gave us a bath mat instead! Also the card key is not working all the time we had to come back and forth to the reception to ask for a new card key! Terrible service when it comes to housekeeping and the one of the Receptionist is not very nice to us (lady with a vlack hair colour).

We arrived, looked at the room and went to the front desk to inform them that we would not be staying. Upon check in we were told that the he room with two beds was overbooked and could we accept a room with one bed . We accepted that. Upon checking out the room that we were given we found it to be very musty smelling, the AC unit was resting on a brick and the overall condition was sub-standard. We were evacuated from our home due to a hurricane, we have returned home since then and are still waiting for our internet to be restored so I can make sure that I haven’t been charged for the room for 3 nights. Very disappointed.

Overall, it was a nice stay, I don’t know if I would stay there again. It was kind of rundown old. Limited on what you could eat. Their food is not great. But the staff was amazing. Which made The whole stay good.

Housekeeping and front desk not attentive
The main issue was that we had to call everyday for coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, cups. We upgraded and still had to call, however even after calling 3 times and another time in the morning, no one came. We also had the key card stop working and had to walk a long distance to get it reactivated. The staff could care less about about of the issues. Will not stay again and would not recommend.
