When I checked in the front desk attendant offered upgrades for two rooms. Took about 30 minutes to get them approved. One of the worst checkins of any hotel. Then when I went to pickup the key they said the upgrade was not available anymore after I had already checked in. Never seen anything like it. Then the room they gave me was filthy. I had to haul my luggage back to get a replacement room. That room was dirty as well. I spent about an hour walking around and standing in line because of their incompetence. Also the housekeeping is really terrible overall. Dirty hallways with crumpled paper on the floors, they don't clean mirrors, dirty bathroom floors with other people's hair. It really was unacceptable for a hotel like this. With a check in line of about 40-50 people they had one person checking people in while 3 people stood around and did absolutely nothing. I've been to Vegas many times but Aria really needs some new managers. The service was unacceptable even for a motel.

Absolutely loved Aria and cannot fault it! The only down side was when we went to the concierge desk and we waited 40 mins for a member of staff to book some tickets for us - the wait would have been fine however not once did she apologise or let us know what was happening nor did she do so after.

I loved the room size! The soak tub was an added bonus. Casino and restaurants were also great. Check in was easy but the billing at the end was a little confusing. I would totally say there again.

As soon as I checked in and went to my room there were towels and pillows and blankets all over the floor. I called down to the lobby and she was basically like oh, here I put you in another room but it’s a lower floor because there’s nothing else available (mhm sure) and the view was lame in this one. Other than that, the hotels fine. They don’t have lockers at the pool so you’re supposed to just trust people by leaving your belongings at your pool chair that usually have money in it if you want drinks obviously, I thought that was stupid (it’s an MGM hotel and they have lockers over at MGM Grand but not here). Can spot it from the strip easily so you’ll never get lost looking for your way back.

Amazing place to stay. We down loaded the MGM App and checked in bia the App with an approximate arrival time. When we did arrive our room was not ready and they advised it could still be several hours so they upgraded us to a Sky Tower Room that was fantastic
