Property was amazing. We loved that our bags were picked up straight from our room at check out and held for pick up so we could enjoy the day before heading to the airport. You have to scan your key just to get to the elevators, very safe. Very clean. Definately will be back,

Front desk not professional, we had a problem during check in and check out!!! She charged us not based on hotel.com receipt. During check out we found out that she put self parking instead of valet!!! So we ended up had to pay at the machine by ourself!! Which was OK, but we had to do it by ourself, why she even asked us self of valet????

Overall feedback
It was just ok. We arrived almost 12mn and only stayed overnight. The view was perfect but no tissues. We were also not offered free water bottles.

We thought the hotel was really pretty. It was close to everything, very walkable, or could take the tram for free. The room was spacious and cozy, loved the view. I liked that there were many food choices. The casino was fine except for the smoking. I wore a mask cause the smoke was getting to be too much. But you cannot smell it in our room…would definitely stay again.
