Everything was great except that besides the obligatory shampoo, conditioner and body wash, there was precious little else in terms of amenities, ie., no shower cap, q-tips, etc. Also, the tiled shower floor was extremely slippery and would seem to be a danger for older individuals.

Worst experience about hotel. They have a heated pool open in winter, but the water is extremely cold. My son got sick after swimming in it. The service is the worst. There is not even one time the staff can pick up the phone, always assisting other customers. The guest tower is so far away from the lobby, and the hotel is crowded with so many tourists. Not many choice for coffee breakfast and restaurant. Overall worst experience about hotel.

We didn’t get the king room we booked 3 months in advance!!!! We had to settle for a double queen room. Not only that the 2nd night we were there we had someone try to enter our hotel room while we were sleeping. The only reason they couldn’t gain entry was the flip lock above the handle was engaged. We went to the front desk and was told it happens if a service was called. We were sleeping… a service was not called. Also if you order a service they should knock before barging into your room. We have been to Las Vegas many times before and thought we would try a new hotel, we will NOT be staying at the Bellagio ever again. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Ordered two rooms. Checked in on line through MGM app. However, this checks in only one room, the other room I had to go and stand in line with the others. Very inefficient. I called their services and they all said that I had to go to the front desk, no exception. Although the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the stay, the non-efficient check-in was a great disappointment.
