Excellent, except for getting out of the garage
Our room was large and had two separate sinks in the bathroom area. The room was clean, housekeeping came daily, the bed was comfortable, and the lights and air conditioning all worked. Staff was helpful and got us a view of the Sphere. The only issue was with the parking garage. Due to construction and closed lanes we had to drive onto the Strip before we could go in the direction we wanted. To go east of the Horseshoe, we spent 15 minutes circling the block.

We did not have the most expensive room, overall it looked clean, but the ripped pillow and bed sheets could have been replaced. There was lots of dust on the A/C vents / A/C inlets and the windows were not overly clean. One elevator sounded terrible and shook when going up or down (apparently it was known, as many guests made comments such as: "I don't want to go in the shaky elevator" The Casino was clean, but the cigarette smoke was terrible. The only Casino with more cigarette smell was on Fremont Street. We asked for a room facing the High Roller and The Sphere, but during our stay they had night time road construction. So it was very noisy (not the Hotels fault). Overall, for the price, it was an good stay with a very comfortable bed and a great view. We would stay here again in the future as the above complaints were minor.

It was extremely difficult getting around and finding how to get to my room. I asked several people and none of the info was correctly. Maybe I am to fault, but it was not easy to find the correct elevators to my room.

This property was clean. There was nothing “wow” about it compared to the other properties. But if you are looking for inexpensive and clean with a casino and access to good food and some shopping, this property is perfect. We’d stay here again!

Love the location. But scary walking by the garage path. Smells of urine weŕe strong. Issue with checkin but resolved with manager. This was appreciated.
