The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. There was no option for filling up water bottles. The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels. We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Absolutely terrible experience. I deeply regret booking this hotel. Great stay and great location
The room was clean and the bed was also spotless which made us feel comfortable. The shower had great pressure.we did have a balcony but it seems they’re not allowed to be open which I’m sure is a safety precaution. The room was suitable for too and there was lots of lamps making for great lighting. The only hiccup was upon leaving the property getting out of the garage took quite a bit. But everything was enjoyable.

Room was good but no wifi at all, i spent more than 40 minutes on hotel’s service center to fix this wifi issue but after all attempts it dint work. My resort fee which includes wifi was total wastage and ideally i should be getting that fee back.

AVOID - SCAM FALSE RIP OFF CHARGES ADDED I noticed my bill was higher than expected, and requested a copy of my bill after I left. When reviewing my charges saw they charged a false "late check out fee" this is despite checking out at 6am for a 8am flight!! If you live outside of America there is no way to contact them and they refuse to engage in refunding these fake and false charges. Rooms are old outdated and not kept clean. The only good thing is location is fairly central on strip.
