Check-in was horrible. First, the keys from the check-in kiosk didn’t work, so I had to return to front desk for keys that worked. Second, the first room they issued us had not been cleaned from previous occupants, had to return again to the front desk so they could give us a different room. Both rooms had a strange smell. In fairness, the hotel staff did try calling me regarding the rough check-in, but we were busy enjoying the rest of our trip. I would not recommend upgrading for the fountain view, as there is a building between the hotel and the center of the fountain. The hotel has a great location, very convenient to walk or get around. Overall I would say that the price is not worth it, and would recommend going with a different hotel if you can find one at a similar price point and location.
