I like the Friendlines of the staff. Also the little convenience store. I didnt like the status of maintenance of the room. The sockets didnt work properly. The bathrrom needs maintenance. Also we didnt like the poor offer on the restaurant for the "lunch" althoug the breakfast was very good. But on the other hand at midday the restaurant was closed. Thats no good.

The ventilation system in the room was making me cough so I took out the air filters and cleaned them , disgusting . The pillows had no pillow covers and yellow and stained . The plumbing rattled and the wallpaper down the hallway was peeling .

We had just arrived at that HUGE LA airport and after having to walk at least 1/2 -1 mile to retrieve luggage, we were able to easily identify the Sheraton transport van whereby our driver was so kind and after the 1st stop at a different Sheraton, we asked about the 4 point Sheraton and she said it was just a couple minutes away and she would deliver us quickly. Same experience the next morning as we had an early flight out to return home to Eugene, Oregon. We were very impressed with that service from both drivers PM and AM. Also, we appreciated the very easy access via Expedia when booking the hotel for that layover night's stay. The price was amazing and we'll certainly take advantage of that booking site again. This hotel is bery dated and shows its age. Graffiti on the mirrors in the elevators, paint chippin off the walls, and popcorn ceilings. But the worst thing about it is that they have the nerve to charge a 300$ deposit for "incidentals". 300$!? The room doesnt even have a mini bar. The tiney little TV in the room isnt even worth 300$. On top of that parking is 55$ a night and its not even coverd parking. Internet is incredibly slow but i think thats just to try to get you to pay 9 to 12$ for better Internet.
