I like the Friendlines of the staff. Also the little convenience store. I didnt like the status of maintenance of the room. The sockets didnt work properly. The bathrrom needs maintenance. Also we didnt like the poor offer on the restaurant for the "lunch" althoug the breakfast was very good. But on the other hand at midday the restaurant was closed. Thats no good.

Decent location, check in is easy and can be done early if you register on their website. Shuttles run so slowly since there’s only two, so expect to leave early if you want to make it to LAX on time. Items in 24hour market are incredibly overpriced

The reservation was fairly easy but I didn’t read the reviews or would have made a reservation for another hotel. The shuttle from the airport took more than 3h to arrived and the sidewalk from the airport to make it to the hotel was closed. No response through chat and on the phone they assured me the shuttle would pass every 30-40 minutes. The front desk/receptionist were super kind, both for check-in and check-out. Installations are outdated but linens were clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Hair everywhere. Cleaning staff opened my door without notice in the morning! And speak loudly in the hallways just like the guests next door after midnight so really noisy for a good night rest. Security was rude regarding doubts/concerns I had. By the way, it’s no refundable even if you made the reservation 3h before. Read reviews and if possibly pick a different hotels, lots for the same price and a lot better service..

I liked that it was clean, staff cares about the rooms being in top shape…staff in general at front desk and at dining area were very nice very helpful..Great customer service…what I didn’t like that I was not aware of a $55.00 parking fee per day…other than that I will be back again…I needed some peace and quiet and I found that here..

The staff was amazing everyone was so nice! My only knock on the hotel is it needs reno and because it is an airport hotel there were some inconsiderate and loud guests who hadnt a care in the world of other guests' needs for a good nights sleep. The hotel shuttle service is amazing i recommend this hotel for a park and fly or a short business stay.
