Quick and easy check in! The cafe served Starbucks coffee and other breakfast items which was so convenient! I also doordashed dinner one night with no problems! Uber was little to no wait every time. Will look forward to staying here again next visit!

Horrible property with zero customer service almost from all staff members. Nothing is good in this hotel. The rooms have AC right on top of the bed. No house keeping provided (despite the continuous asks/requests). Valet under ground with service provided outside the hotel ( you cannot call the car from the phone). Rude non-friendly service staff answering the phone. Whenever you want anything during the evening or at night, you need to go down to the reception to get it yourself, and in many cases, they don't have it!! Bad breakfast collection with bad service provided there. I felt completely unsafe being inside the hotel from the rude, non-friendly staff (in all roles). My family and I felt very happy and relieved when we left this hotel. Not worth any money at all to stay there (actually even if they pay you to stay there !!)

I had stayed in Marriot multiple times but this is the worst of all. They took a cash deposit. We had an early flight. When we asked for the deposit while checking out, they were rude and condescending. Even after requesting them multiple times to hurry up, they made us sit for around 40 min. They didn't even call us to check. We had to go and ask multiple times before they processed it. They asked for passport again while checking out. Why would you need passport again when you already checked it during check in? I missed my flight because of this ordeal. Worst experience ever!
