One of the best hotels we have stayed at for the past number of years. Staff uniformly excellent, even the maids thanked us for staying at the hotel. Restaurant's prices seemed high at first glance but the food was plentiful and really good, great value plus great servers. Would come back on our next trip to LA for sure.

Everything was great until returning to the hotel and decided to have a drink at the bar before returning to our room. A party of three showed up (two females and one male) and began being loud and disrespectful just one seat in between them and I. I called them out on it. To be completely honest, the verbal exchange escalated briefly and it could easily have been over had it not been for the bartender who asked us to leave and added that the party of three were guests at the property- apparently famous performers in the area whom I did not recognize. Hence, more than likely NOT famous. However, we were guests at the property as well. We decided to be the better people and we retreated to our room. I will be reviewing my statement shortly and if any incidentals were incurred at the bar, I will be calling to reverse that. I had a $25 voucher intended for that use. Beside that, all of the staff were friendly, especially the valet staff.

Stayed at The Sheraton for a week, while attending a wedding. It was very convenient, close ride from from the airport, lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel was very clean, well maintained and modern. The rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back here!

Overall, the location where we stayed at was nice (Financial District). It was near some good food places, i.e. H&H Brazilian Steakhouse and Craft by Smokehouse to name a few. The room was decent. The tub however didnt fully drain, so we were showering with sand at one point. The hot n cold was backwards on the dial for the shower. Would I stay again? Maybe. But, for the duration I stayed, it wasnt a bad experience.

Last minute hotel while visiting family and I thoroughly enjoyed this Sheraton. Beautiful clean corner room, giant comfortable king bed and pillows Goldilocks would revel in. Fantastic. Thank you

Food was really good restaurant / Ordered Mac and cheese never got them / everything else was good First day check in they did hold of 1,000 dollars the front desk guy told me it was going to be only 200 , I realized it next day , I was so upset I called the front desk operator the lady who answered was so helpful/ front desk had told her that there was a system error going on / I’m upset i never got informed about I had to call/ the AC in the room randomly it went really cold several times , we got cold and turned on the heater/ minutes later fire detector alarm went on when we were sleeping/ called front desk to inform them about the situation/ yes engineering and security came/ rest of the night temperature was not comfortable at all
