Very bad room on the 7th floor. Dirty, neglected. They look at the trucker's motel room. Cafe staff sometimes charge higher prices for drinks. No prices have been set in the store. After many years of stay, I will probably change the hotel.

This property was great for location coming in on a late flight and room was perfect for what I needed and was quiet UNLIKE THE HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE THAT i HAVE THE UNFORUNATE EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN THE PROPERTY NEXT DOOR AND WE HAD TO PUT UP WITH THE HILTON PROTESTORS SCREAMING, SHOUTING, SINGING, BANGING DRUMS FROM 6AM TO 10PM EVERYDAY - HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 WEEKS BEFOR WE GOT THERE - MANAGED TO CHANGE ACCOMMODATION IT WAS SO BAD AND WOULD NEVER STAY IN A HILTON AGAIN WITH THEM ALLOWING THIS NONSENCE TO CARRY ON LIKE THAT ANNOYING GUESTS NOT ONLY IN THEIR OWN HILTON HOTEL BUT ALSO INNOCENT GUESTS IN NEIGHBOURING HOTELS!!!!
