Needed a room
We arrived at 1:30 am after a very long day and international flight. We approached the hotel doors looking for the automatic opening one but nothing opened. The Hilton staff guy was leaning on the wall inside simply watching instead of helping in any way. When my husband knocked on the glass, a man mopping opened a door for us. Exhausted we went to check in at the desk but the girl was on the computer and asked us to wait until she finished something. No other customers but we stood waiting, ready to drop. Staff did not see any importance in pleasing customers tonight.

“My recent stay at the Hilton fell short of expectations due to an issue with the heater in my room. Although an engineer was sent to address the problem, it was not resolved, leaving the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night. I believe it’s important for such issues to be identified and resolved prior to a guest’s check-in to ensure a more comfortable stay.”
