The bus driver for this hotel pick us up from the airport on 9/25/2024 around 9:20 PM was very rude to my wife When he pulled up to us asian man got on the bus first and told the driver he was going to Holiday Inn express and sit down. My wife got on the bus next and told the driver that she was going to Holiday Inn express he told her in a tone let me see the address of the hotel, she said I’m going to the Holiday Inn express and he said let me see the address of the hotel and she said sir you don’t have to talk to me like that. He say you don’t know where you’re going. We stood there wondering why did he say that when he did not ask the Asian man question who got on the bus before my wife we believe that the fact that my wife was standing there with me and my brother two black men was the reason why he questioned my wife about us getting on the bus after we showed him the address he let us on right after we got on. He picked up a white lady. She said she was going to Holiday Inn express she sat down when we got to the hotel. We asked the front desk person. Is there any other Holiday Inn expresses near the airport and he said no so we were wondering why would he ask us which hope Holiday Inn express we were going to when they were only one in the airport that he worked for we reported that to the front desk the front desk said that they were reported, but I wanted to put the whole incident on here So this incident will not go on heard

Bad from the start.
No parking for check in was provided. We were left standing for 10 minutes at check in while 2 associates handled an outside call and what to do on computer. Lobby was dirty and no one welcomed us. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I will not return due to location and poor hospitality.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was lovely and clean and there was a good selection of breakfast items. Parking was easy and they have an airport shuttle if needed.

Did not use free WiFi as it is not password protected which was disappointing. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonable quality. Room was comfortable as was the bed. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Howl is great but shuttle not so great!
Stay was great however, the shuttle driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. We showed up 10 minutes before departure as we were told that the leave every hour, on the hour, sharp. We asked if we could load and he told us he would let us know when it’s time then proceeded to go inside and get other guests who were running late and started loading them. He doesn’t speak great English and neither did the customers who were late to the shuttle so they were speaking and laughing as we were still standing waiting to put our luggage in. He finally loaded us after everyone was loaded.
