Great hotel
General hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and make sure you're having a great stay. The hotel is a little pricey compared to the surrounding hotels, though. The valet staff could use a little professional development with customer service, but overall the parking situation is easy.

Airport shuttle is the best
We had an 8am flight so we decided to drive from Orange and return our rental car early and take advantage of the free airport shuttle. Best decision we made even tho changing hotels with 4 people (luckily 3 adults and 1 teen) is a pain the airport shuttle was worth it. We like the rooms cold but the AC doesn't have a constant on and the fridge has a timer and no freezer but not a deal breaker all in all staff was friendly and bell hop was quick to grab our bags we will come back again if we have another early morning flight to catch!

Marriott: The Memory, the Moment and the Magic
My stay at the Marriott by LAX was beyond my expectations. It was a last minute change of plans, yet the price I found on hotels.con still met luxury, comfort, and the best part, it gave me beautiful moments I thought I lost due to change in travel plans with my son right back. The pool was so inviting after a long day of travel and the availability of family friendly mini golf putting was phenomenal! Thank you Marriott for giving me these little bit extremely intimate and beautiful moments back to my son and I. Your staff was beyond accommodating and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!!
