We booked a room with a king size bed several weeks ago. We are repeat guests as we d stay at this hotel when we fly into LA late in the evening. Upon arrival we were informed the king size room we booked was not available. We were assigned a modified handicap accessible room. It was totally inappropriate for us. There was no shelf in the bathroom for personal effects. The bed was very low and extremely uncomfortable. I can not imagine a handicap person being comfortable in this room. We were offered an upgrade to the type of room we booked but at an increase cost so other rooms were available. We were extremely tired by the time we saw the room and decided it was too exhausting to request/demand another room. We will not be returning to this hotel as we feel were poorly treated.
