Went to meet relatives in Miami attending a business meeting, enjoyed stay right off beach. Nice to walk along boardwalk, & walk to Art Deco district. Enjoyed having cuban sandwiches, empanadas, & croquettes. Liked Raos Italian restaurant at Loews hotel, plus their Preston restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch in Bar Collins. All the staff from front desk, room service, concierge, bell hop, hostess, waiters, etc were terrific!

The property has excellent waterfront and is centrally situated. What we really noted and appreciated was the responsiveness and courtesy of the staff. There had also been an issue with our booking in which we had been given incorrect information prior to arrival and the front desk staff did their utmost to correct this. Cleaning staff were top notch.

Overrated at best

It was fairly good. Charged $44 a day for resort fees basically beach and boat/ kayak services that we had no interest in using. No fridge in the room so I ended up having to throw away approximately $200 worth of insulin because it got hot. Charged me $300 deposit but only refunded $100 and you I left the room as clean as I found it and I don’t smoke so I’m not sure how they justified keeping my $200.
