The property is right on the beach and beautiful. The service is slow for in room. I had to call 3 times and waited for 1 1/2 hours for 2 burgers. Otherwise it’s nice.

I was expecting a newer building. The room was very old. And not very clean. I have paid a lot lesa in Orlando for a four star hotel and it was very clean, last year For Expedia. I would like to express my total disappoint to Expedia and you guys sold me a package that the 45 fee for Pool/beach was included. And again it was charged at the check out point by the hotel. They told me it was not included and i have to deal with expedia. Can you please give me a call or email me for refund? Thanks

We really expected more from a Trump property. Room did not have good noise isolation from hall and we heard people yelling in the hall. Main restaurant was under construction. Elevators slow and parking was $50/day. In room laundry was very nice to have though.

Had to leave the hotel 1 day early: I am writing to inform you that my family and I will be leaving the hotel a day earlier than planned due to a health concern. I need to return to Canada to receive a tetanus shot after an incident involving a white metal safety pin that I found in the mattress, which punctured my skin. I previously reported this issue two days ago and have emailed pictures of the pin; however, no one has come to address the situation or inspect the mattress. As a loyal guest of over 10 years, I find this lack of attention to my safety quite concerning. I want to clarify that I am not cutting my vacation short for any other reasons, but rather out of a genuine concern for my health.

The hotel is just ok. It’s pretty far from Miami so keep that in mind. The good part is the beach access and pools which are nice but dining is pretty limited overall and food is meh. Elevators are a pain with long wait times. Overall this is just average and didn’t feel luxury

Spacious room and nice pool
It’s a perfect stop over before Miami south beach stay. Nice and relaxed . Room is so spacious despite the interior is a little dated now.
