16th floor Bayview has a beautiful view. Staff was friendly, from valet all the way to the guys on the beach. What would I change? Earlier service and later closing of the beach (towels & chairs) and sport courts. Lovely hotel and we will be coming back for sure!

The property needs to be improved in several areas like restoring the pool,they closed the pool restaurant at 4 pm it is too early for the summer time for this reason we need to get food from another places,the drinks are to expensive and the pool staff are so rude,but the beach in this place is beautiful

It was nice, clean and friendly staff, there was some maintenance work going on with some noise from time to time, but they have to keep it nice.

Hotel was nice overall. Location was great, right on the beach. There were a few negatives though. Parking fee should not apply if you are staying at the resort. Gym was never stocked with towels or disinfectant wipes. Called to have someone replenish and was told they don't service the gym until 8am. Hotel ran out of pool towels. Outdoor fountains by the pool area were not operating with a couple of them having an odor to them. Room was clean but had some stains on the carpet and water stains in the bathroom. Outdoor beach staff were very pleasant and helpful..

Loved it for the most part. Our room had many issues but she got us in early, per my request so I got what I got and didn't want to complain. Pool area is amazing! Staff is amazing.

We checked in late in the evening. There was a minibar in the room, but there were no glasses or cups. We also found an open jar of Nuttela in the top cupboard. Everything else is good. Beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds and clean room. There is no deposit listed on Expedia, but they charged us $730. Next time we'll stop right there. The ocean and pools have improved

This is not good place to stay, dirty, not friendly, service bad, not enough towels, no refills of soap, shampoo, coffee, towels. Trying to call to front desk, nobody answered. Everything cost money, very expensive. I think the Trump Hotel should be the best, but I was very disappointed, everything old and dirty, dusty. Service people not doing their job properly but waiting for tips.

We recently here for a short bday weekend and I can say that I am very impressed. The location is very convenient to local stores, malls, and pharmacies. The room was very spacious and clean maybe a little outdated like the rugs and the wallpaper the bathrooms were peeling off but besides that, we had a great view and my girls enjoyed it. I went to the spa downstairs and had a massage and I was so pleased with it that I booked a facial for the next day. The massage was by far the best I ever had. The facial I was a bit disappointed with. I felt like it was her first day on the job. besides that, the food and service were great by the poolside. The drinks were on point. And the gym was clean and empty every time I went. I did not try the restaurants inside but maybe next time I will. The moment we stepped into the hotel it smelled very refreshing and clean. The towels didn't smell. There was a service charge that I was unaware of $45 daily that they charged me once I checked out. The spa also included a tip charge that I was unaware of and minor extra fees. My massage was $175 but I walked out spending $280! Don't know how or why! So just be aware of the little fees they add on with telling you.

The property run out of Shampoo and Body Gel, no solution offered. Agent told me they were voiding Resort fee, nothing happens. I don't want to waste my time
