Location is great, staffs are awesome, nice swimming pools, wonderful experiences for families. Elevator can be crowded during peak hours, parking is handled by nice employees.

Non smoking is not enforced. We could always smell terrible cigarette and/or cigar smoke at Pool, beach, snd our private balcony. For this reason, I would discourage anyone from staying there unless they don’t mind constant second hand smoke.

The property is okay. The ocean is beautiful and we had great service at the beach from the guy who got us our lawn chairs. I was surprised there was no elevator to the lower level to get to the beach level. I just had my knee replaced so stairs are a bit difficult still. Our room is large but not very clean.

Beautiful hotel. The beach access is amazing & so fun to walk across the street to Olivia’s for pizza & Granier French bakery & Lentrecote for steak & fries. The hotel staff was amazing & friendly. Such a comfortable hotel

Staff was excellent, went above and beyond. But wait time for elevators is too long and one time we even stuck in elevator. The biggest disappointment was very bad quality of food at the pool, after first day we stopped ordering from there.

The property is good but the cleaning staff is terrible, they did not show up to clean until 5PM which isnt what we expect from a hotel that is charging so high.

I like the easy beach access; however, the building shadow blocked the Sun casting a shadow on the beach. If you are not a Sun worshipper then you might appreciate, but if you are looking for the sun, maybe choose another location. A little outdated.
