There's a special place in hell for the obese woman at check in! I could deal with the filthy bug infested hotel room but the ignorance and audacity of the vile creature behind the front desk is inexcusable! She should be immediately exterminated with extreme prejudice... Stay elsewhere if you value your human rights and dignity...

It was older but clean. Its being refurbished nicely. The maintenance man came immediately when the shower wouldn't drain properly. My dad tried to do a load of laundry. He put coins in and nothing. I went to the office and requested a refund. She refused. Said there was a sign. No sign. That's a little thing. But it seemed rude the way she said it. I have dogs and the residents that seem to live there didn't leash their dogs. That made me uncomfortable. They did keep them with them when I took my dogs out. My room was clean no bug. We evacuated there from hurricane Milton. Overall it was a good choice and i would recommend it. I would stay there again.

I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1. Even in an evacuation period where I traveled across the state, I decided this was not for me. People looking in my room windows, car windows, 1 preset channel on the TV that had to be unplugged to turn off at night, then wouldn't come on in the morning. There was a hole in the door that was stuffed with a washcloth. Do I need to say more?

The receptionist when I checked in was more interested in watching videos. There were spiders on the bathroom ceiling . Microwave was riddled with roaches that attacked my kids leftovers. The AM of my check out I was getting dressed a two roaches were on my pillows. If was updated and exterminated it would have been way better.
