Bath tub very slippery with some wall tiles on the bath floor and shower sprayer is attached to the ceiling, very awkward. Floor is uneven, become a trip hazard.

It’s old and outdated the hallway smells horrible. My door barely locked. I had to make sure it was closed all the way. And they have an old elevator, the kind that you have to open the door too.
