Great hotel - modern, clean, efficient, easy parking, and so close to Aventura Mall with a ton of shops, restaurants etc. Additionally, the hotel gym was incredible, easily one of the best we’ve seen - huge, well-stocked (dumbbells up to 75lbs, stair master, separate cardio room etc), and modern. Will definitely be staying here again!

I was happy with my booking
I would like to start off saying I did not get the room I booked. I was told the room was dirty prior to my arrival the night before. I checked in after 4pm so that wasn’t a good excuse. I was given a double queen room.. It was my fiancé birthday, so he wasn’t happy with the queen size bed. I had to go to the front desk to request another room which had a king size bed. I was accommodated with the king size room, but with no balcony which I book a king size suite with the balcony on my initial booking.. I was offered $40 credit towards food which my fiancé never use we ate at the restaurant inside the hotel he gave a $40 tip and he put A line through his receipt because he was given cash just to find out he was still charge 20% gratuity. The valet was credited, which is $45 for valet and $40 for self parking which is ridiculous. Unfortunately, with all that being said, I am still not please because I wanted my initial room that had the balcony so I was stuck looking out of a window of an expressway And for me that was not the city view that I imagine. Now I have to call the hotel to see if is included in the check at the restaurant because now I feel like you just took money that wasn’t even old to you stealing..
