Unfortunately, few staff spoke English. Difficult to communicate. Hotel room smelled moldy and damp. The music downstairs is incredibly loud and plays all night until 3am. Breakfast was not onsite. You receive a voucher and have to walk a few blocks to get breakfast at a different hotel by presenting the voucher. Not impressed. Not worth the value.

EXPENSIVE Parking!!! better rates in other hotel areas. Not happy that the hotel didn't disclose "hotel fee' after I paid for the room and taxes. It was quite a surprise!!! AND NOT welcomed. Shame on Bookings to allow that. More notice should be on the Bookings site.

The Cuban vibe and one front desk worker made this trip bearable for us. Jonathan was pleasant, kind, helpful and looked out for us! The downside- TV reception was awful- we didn't get to see news or any other thing we like to watch. The toilet was barely flushing and took four times to get stuff down! Lights did not work properly and the room was small. That being said, the fact that it is on THE main strip made it fun and enjoyable. Parking was over $50.00 per night.... Breakfast was great but it is a few blocks away and not on the hotel premises. Also, the hotel charges were more than expedia quoted us....

Pretty disappointed with service considering how much I paid. Front desk was unhelpful from before my arrival and was not nice. Switched to a different hotel and it was night and day difference.

Loved the room. Very easy to walk to dining and beach. Only parking was valet and was $50 a day which is pricy. Arrived a little before check in time so had to store luggage because valet parking was off premises. Breakfast was a voucher for an off site restaurant which was very good, however it was pouring rain, umbrella was in car off site and was several blocks away so got very wet to do breakfast.

All good, very good price and best location possible. Only call out I would do is that the voucher for breakfast given was for hotel victor and coffee Americano, and we went there, they said it was for another location that was towards the other side. Lost one breakfast because of timing, no biggie, but just maybe helpful to instruct guests to go to the right direction.

Our start was great for the most part. The only thing is that they didn’t have replacement wash cloths. It’s like you only get 1 per guest for your stay. They kept saying they were out so I’m not sure because we stayed for 6 nights (just the two of us) However the staff were great. They were friendly and inviting. I would stay again. Very convenient to EVERYTHING. The building could use some upgrading for sure but it was still worth the money. We had a blast.

Most of the staff were friendly and nice. Just one house cleaning person was rude. There was no soap in the bathroom and asked I asked some for soap, the staff member was very rude. I was told there was none. I had to go to another hotel to wash my hands.
