This is a nice mid range motel Its not a Marriott or Sheraton, but certainly nicer than a budget motel The room was a bit spartan but it was clean and the climate control worked perfectly (not something I can say about all motels) The motel has a center coutyard with a nice outdoor pool. You might want to request a courtside room if you have kids and want to keep an eye on them The restaurant is a sports bar. A bit noisy but the menu had a good selection, the food was good and prices were reasonable The breakfast buffet was $12 ($6 for kids) and was fine We stayed at this motel the night before a cruise. It worked well for us

Desperately needed a Reno and Emplyees
I stay here at least twice a year for the last 4-5 years and this was the worse stay. Gabriel, front desk was the only good thing about the stay. She was the only front desk worker with very long lines and phones ringing off the hook. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. Carpet was “crusty” and very sticky and room smelled very moldy. Since we waited 90 min for shuttle, then almost an hour to check in, there was no way we were going back in line to ask for another room, so we crashed and woke up at 6am to get the heck out. I really hope management has plans for changes as they are desperately needed.

A little run down with dirty hallway carpets. Room was clean although edges of carpet looked grubby. Bathroom very tight but good shower. WiFi was good. We had early departure so missed breakfast hence no opinion.

Customer service is always great it’s honestly what keeps us coming back. Jorge in the Front desk is so friendly and great love coming back and always seeing his smiling face we were sad pool was not available but also nice to see the upgrade and when it reopens it will be great room was big and clean
