This hotel is wonderful, the staff is the reason I continue to return and tell everyone i know to visit this hotel - The front desk Melody and Shelly are the best - Big Bruce out front with a smile at all times - Enrique by the coffee bar I can’t wait to awake every morning for our talks and great coffee mr I thank u - Delroy , Carlos and new guy on 3-11 shift lol wonderful - Thank you to all the staff and can’t wait to return- I almost forgot the incredible Geo in management - great great great

This place charged my card 4x making it overdraft AFTER i checked out AND got my deposit back. Claimed I never paid Valet when 3 people told me 3 different things & 2 diff people were paid. They don't have ice bins except at the bars but they close. Room service was amazing and always had my room looking beautiful, beach access ofc is great & pool is pretty.

The staff were amazing. They are very focused on making sure your stay is comfortable. They are the definition of perfect customer service. The bar was always clean the staff was always around when needed. House keeping was quick and efficient. The manager who sits by the bar and pool area is very nice. He doesn’t just manage he helps his staff out which is always great to see. He wears a button down and sun glasses. He was very focused on make sure his staff made us and everyone else enjoy the sagamore. I would definitely come back!

All I can say is that The Sagamore Exceeded our Expectations. I knew I was gonna love it there when I stepped inside “the smell” was everything I already ordered the diffuser that they use..lol. But besides that our accommodations were 10/10. From the service to the cleanliness and everything in between. Louis at the front desk was Amazing as well. Looking forward to our stay next May!!!

I was in town for a 3 day convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Sagamore is within a 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the convention center. I had a great experience there. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs. This is known as the "art" hotel because many gallery owners display artwork throughout the hotel, mainly on the first floor. The hotel itself is in a prime location on Collins Ave within walking distance to many trendy restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Miami.

Chic artsy vibe, very good amenities, super friendly and helpful staff, pool is nice, beautiful beach is a 30s walk with services for hotel guests, room was clean and new. Very close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Really, the only negative thing to rate was the mattress... the mattress had almost no support in the middle, so you had to sleep on the edges to not roll into the middle. Easily a 4.5/5 experience.

Overall my wife and I’s experience was excellent. However, the one area we’d like to see the hotel improve is the gate to get back into the pool area from the beach. It was very picky and had to operate.

I previously had no knowledge about the Sagamore, but just finished a great weekend stay. Rooms had a good size and allowed entertaining guests. Pool was clean and had a fun vibe. Beach and setup was great. Lots of food options nearby. Was a great trip and stay.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this amazing hotel. The location is absolutely great. The pool and access to the beach is another top reason to stay here. The staff honestly treat you like you are a lifetime friend who is welcomed back with open arms. Melody, Shelly and Lewis on reception are so helpful and also so knowledgeable of the area and so approachable. Ask them a question and they will do their best to give you a honest answer. They really do just want you to have a great day. Delroy and Mariano in concierge are always so helpful and just fun to say “Hi” to and genuinely just want you to have a great time in Miami. The whole team are 10 out of 10 and I look forward to visiting them again when possible. A massive Thank you guys for helping my son and I to have a great 4 night weekend stay.
