The elevators weren't working properly. I'm 7 months pregnant and was on the 16th floor. I had to use the stairs a few times. And was offered no compensation or resort fee credit when I asked. Not impressed with customer service.

Horrible conditions, elevators broke and got stuck 3 times and staff did nothing after i reported it 6 hours later allowing other to get stuck also. Deferred maintenance everywhere, wallpaper coming down, baseboard coming off, furniture worn. Manager down to staff simply do not care and make light of everything. Best Western quality with a beautiful view. The owner needs to make this hotel great again.
