The staff are great. Location great. The airport shuttle was great. However. I woke up with cockroaches in my bed and bathroom. The overuse of aerosol fragrances is quite overwhelming. Bedding was clean.

Tiffany was nice and got me checked in quickly and by the pool area. Hotel is rubbed down. Went there to be closer to the airport. Told to be at the lobby 15 minutes before the hourly shuttle service. Shuttle never came Wasn’t updated , had to ask where the shuttle was. “Went for lunch” they said. Had to call an Uber instead. Traffic getting to the airport was a complete zoo, 6 minutes away turned into 40 minutes. Manager offered to pay for my Uber after I was late and already ordered my on ride.
