One night stay at Harra’s Cherokee River Valley
Overall great experience and enjoyed the stay. Liked it better than Harrah’s Chrokee because of closeness of everything. Hotel needs a bit of upkeeping especially bathroom has mold in grout in tiles. Did not see much of recycling boxes to separate recyclable trash. Staffs were very nice and attentive. Played bowling and staff gave us extra mins. to finish the game. We really appreciate that. Casino area was very clean but drink was hard to get during the night. I guess no more free drink while you play at Casino… A beer and mix drink combined was $14. Only 1 restaurant (food was so so/service was good) and food court. Wish there are more variety of eateries. Will visit again.

Overall a great time & accommodations!
Positives… Great location, friendly & helpful staff, modern clean rooms, good selection of games in casino & decent food court. Negatives… Main restaurant not open everyday & doesn’t serve breakfast. WiFi was horrible. Nonexistent at times.

Nowhere on the website did it mention that they do not service the rooms during your stay. I stayed 2 days and was surprised when I returned to the room the second day and found the room not cleaned, bed made or towels replaced. When I asked about it I was told that they do not clean the room during your stay

Easy casino access but not too cool
Easy access and spacious room. The front desk and baggage help were nice. The bathroom really needs a deep clean (visible mold in the shower grout). Our air conditioner was not great - it was cooler in the hallway and common areas than in our room. We did ask the front desk to check it, but nothing changed. The room refrigerator was just okay, no freezer compartment. There was no microwave in our room. Upon request, we did get clean towels and our room was cleaned. The shower was nice - large, removable shower head, hot water. Large bathroom and working fan so the mirror never fogged up. However, there was an immediate chill when exiting the shower. There was no information in the room to indicate where the ice and vending were located or emergency exit procedures. Personally, I did not like walking through the smoking area just outside the front doors. The shuttle service to the far away parking lot was nice! Everyone was nice!
