We were booked in another guest’s room upon arrival. We were then moved to another floor, into a room with severe mold in the shower and dirty sheets on the bed. After swapping rooms a third time, the new shower wasn’t much better and the sheets there were also dirty. The hotel was under construction. The area around the hotel had little options in the way of food or entertainment.

Was awakened by a call twice about some card that we used didn't work however they charged the card twice as was shown on our bank statement. Then when we went down b to resolve the issue they wanted to throw us out. Thanks for a lousy start to our vacation.

Room was clean however there was a ton of black mold already in the shower grout. Also, we were wondering why the shower head was set up for a midget. I’m only 5’2” and I had to scrunch down underneath it. The bed was adequate but the pillows sucked. The nice dining restaurant has odd hours. Also, we’ve been here many times and noticed the staff NEVER greets guests with a pleasant hello or at all. Stevie in the bar is the nicest employee we’ve encountered.

Beware of all the extra charges! No parking!
Starting with a $75.00 "incidentals" charge to your card and then a $8.00+ add on "Resort fee", that you're not mad aware of until you check in. It can take over 48 hours to get that "incidentals" charge credited. Dishonest advertising. Oh yes, if you like moldy, mildewed showers, loud HVAC, peeling bathroom wallpaper and lackadaisical check in staff, this is your place. Very limited parking at the hotel. Check in first, or be prepared to hike quite a distance. Oh yes, only 1 luggage cart and the bell hop desk won't let it out of their sight. Hard pass on future stays here.

We arrived at about 1:30pm. The receptionist said that the room was ready, but we couldn’t check in until 4pm, unless we pay an extra $25. No bath tub in room, shower only. Smoking is not allowed in Casino. No Pool, no restaurant (the only restaurant was not open). There is only a small food court.
