Room was not properly cleaned. Booked for three persons and towels were provided for only 2 persons. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Drapes were broken. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Would prefer the passing train rather than the constant loud noise of the air conditioner. Difficult to have any kind of restful sleep. A complimentary water would have been appreciated. Will not stay here in the future, nor would I recommend this to others.

We stayed at the Prestige Inn on the 1st of July (Canada Day) and it was perfect. It's an older hotel but it's clean and the staff was wonderful. We walked around town and saw the activities in the park before watching the fireworks from our balcony. Overall, a very good experience.

The room super clean, comes with kitchenette whick is very convenient. Very short walking distance ( 60 meters /-) from 4 shopping centers): Safeway, Walmart, Save on food, Shoppers drug mart.

I’ll be back! (Next time I oasis through Nelson)
Great little hotel. Clean and comfortable. The staff were great. I thought with the proximity to the train tracks it would have been very loud but only one train passed while I was there and I did not think it was a big deal. I’d definitely stay here again.
