Property was very clean and safe, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to walk everywhere pretty quickly-it turned out we didnā€™t need the car we rented because walking was so much easier. The customer service on the phone was incredible! Would stay here again

Great property!
The listing was great overall! The only thing I can comment on is that one of the remote's buttons are not functioning too well, and the door to the two queen beds sticks a little bit, but they weren't really an issue for my group. The listing was worth the price, especially because of its distance to the French Quarter

The parking garage near by is $25 per day. We didnā€™t feel safe in our room due to the lock on the door. It was missing a screw and the frame was cracked like someone had kicked in the door previously. We called them and they never got back to them about it, even after we stated we didnā€™t feel safe. We moved the couch chair in front of the door. Other then that the place itself was clean and comfortable. Also I received a different access code for entry and it worked all day and the next day it was changed to what it was originally supposed to be without notice.

The place was nice and clean. The property manager canā€™t give you immediate service. The place did not have any tissue so I had to use my own funds to purchase the tissue. I had registered for three guest but there was only enough towels for two. The property manager did not address my concerns until the next day late afternoon. The patio door blind was broken and patched together. I noticed several blinds broken once we closed the binds for privacy. The sofa had a broken arm with a pillow covering up the damage and sofa was not comfortable to sit or sleep. It needs to be replaced.

Definitely stay here!
We had a great stay. Our suite was clean and comfortable. It was in the French quarters, but away from all the craziness, so it wasnā€™t as noisy as Bourbon Street. I had to call and speak to customer service a few times and they were very responsive and prompt to my needs. I would 100% recommend this location and I would totally stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

The is not a quite house, if you plan on partying all night long it would be a great place, but if you want to sleep the party buses are louder than the tv when they come by.
