A great hotel with good location BUT the fact that they denied me a shuttle to the airport that I informed them I was going to need very early in the morning WAS A DECISION MAKER for three stars. Being an international guest I did not have access to a local phone line and the hotel clerk did not help to order a taxi. Counting on the shuttle, the timing was terrible. I barely did make it to the airport for my flight. For other future guests - PLEASE BEWARE of an unreliable shuttle service at this hotel. Make a plan B as well.

The decor is beautiful, however our room was cold. There are blackout shades but no curtains, which left the room drafty. In November in Newark it’s cold. Cleaning staff did not replace the Tea, only once and no bottled water for our last night. We had clean towels our entire stay. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels and washcloths. Nice stay but I would do less nights going to an event in the area. The Deli next door is closed Saturday and Sunday.

It was great, but we had an issue with them checking us out early. We left for coffee and a walk before our 4 hour drive and our car was up in the air still (thats how psrking works like a garage kind of). We came back to get our stuff and check out. We couldnt get in our room. Also the "breakfast" they offer is complimentary stuff like danishes and you have to pay 20$ for a "buffet". Other wise it waw great!!!
