The heat was not working properly so the room was cold. Water for shower took a long time to get warm, never hot. When shower was in use the smoke detector went off. Bed was comfortable and balcony nice

Stayed on the 11 floor, Sewage gas coming up from the pipes who room smells, stuck for to days . leaking water also in the bathroom. How keeping come in our room at 9am while we were sleeping. Terrible experience with the hotel was offered nothing for the inconveniences.

Checked in late night last minute. Understandable maybe short of staff. However, when I called the concierge for toothbrushes, they said be there in 20 mins, we waited for over 2hrs for them to come. The bathroom is noisy too, you can hear your neighbour flushing toilet and water running in their showers.

I do not ever write reviews. Sadly, this hotel was so disappointing. We had no heat in the room. We tried bumping it up to 80, but it didn't matter. The front desk said sorry and that they were renovating.

The hotel was really nice. It was apparent that there had been renovations ... the lobby, hallways, lighting - all tastefully done. The water had to be off for a few hours each day but there was plenty of notice. Beds were very comfortable and we had a view of the falls, as well as being able to see the fireworks from our room. I recommend the restaurant on the 10th floor for dinner and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The stay was fine but the room was small and the king bed was of average comfort. For what you pay you really don’t get much. As for the service, it was excellent. The front desk clerk went out of his way to accommodate us. For that I give him top marks.

We’re locals and could very well go home after a night out, but the hotel was very central and comfortable. Truly it was the friendly staff that’s will keep us coming back.

No heat. Was told to early in season to turn on heat as told by maintenance person had to give us a electric heater. Many people complained about same issue but as always its always about money and profit even though temperature has dropped significantly at night..
