Not what I'd expect of a Radisson. Microwave and coffee maker didn't work. Wallpaper peeling off walls and damaged woodwork in room.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming and made our experience wonderful. The property may not be the newest but the view we had of Niagara Falls was perfect. The rooms are a good size and everything was clean and felt safe.

While the view is outstanding the charge for parking is excessive. $45 a night. The rooms are very nice and but it would be nice to have two chairs instead of one.

The young women who checked us in were lovely and very accomodating. The room to which we upgraded had a very good view of the River and of the Horseshoe Falls. That particular floor appeared to have been refurbished. There was two rather dangerous projections from one of the beds where the mattress was supported. One of us cut our leg on it, but we only reported it on the day of our departure. We found three bedbugs in the room and that, of course, was alarming. We did notify the staff right away and they sent some people to look at the room and the photos we had taken of the bugs. Since the above was on the day of departure, we stated only facts to the management. This woman was very understanding and accommodating. It is difficult to recommend the hotel under those circumstances, but the people there were very nice to us.
